Emil Sayegh is the General Manager of Mosso, Rackspace Hosting’s Cloud Division. Sayegh was previously the vice president of the product group at Rackspace where his responsibilities included the development, marketing and management of new products and services for the company's managed hosting product line.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Sayegh spent more than 15 years in the IT industry in various product development and marketing roles. Most recently, Sayegh was the services marketing and development director at Dell Inc. where he oversaw the global services roadmap. Additionally, Sayegh served in leadership positions at several notable IT companies including RLX Technologies, Compaq Computers and W.L. Gore and Associates. He holds nine patents in the fields of electronics and telecommunication.
Sayegh holds a bachelor of science in Engineering and a master of science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
