I'm a communications strategist, writer and videographer at IBM. I contribute to the company's thought leadership blog, Smarter Planet, and write books, white papers, op-eds, speeches and the like. Previously, I was a journalist for 30 years, most recently a senior writer at BusinessWeek covering the info tech industry.
