This duality shows up in many ways: his charisma as a leader, combined with an intensely-analytical intellect; his commitment to Kenexa shareholders, coupled with a caring for other Kenexa constituencies like customers and employees; his desire for traditional financial business success, enhanced with an aspiration for a broader type of business success, evident in his goal for Kenexa as a global entity touching the lives of a billion people; and impacting their productivity and finally his immersion in his business, balanced by a passionate commitment to his family and his community.
Rudy remains a great role model for his colleagues, friends and family as they seek a comparable harmony for themselves.
