Mark O'Neil

Mark O'Neil is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. He has served as the company's CEO since 2001 and Chairman since 2005.

Mr. O'Neil began his career at Intel Corporation and worked for McKinsey & Co. before moving to the automotive industry in the late 1980's. His experience in the automotive industry includes serving as President of Ertley MotorWorld, a dealer group based in Pennsylvania. From this traditional retail dealer group, Mr. O'Neil went on to co-found and lead the development and rollout of CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc., a used automobile retailer. Mr. O'Neil holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from WPI and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
