John Rowe

Mr. Rowe is the founder and principal at Independent Infrastructure. Mr. Rowe has over 23 years of experience working for some of the largest management consulting companies in the world. His experience also includes extensive knowledge of information technology contracts and financial management. Prior to Independent Infrastructure, Mr. Rowe was Group Client Partner at Wipro where he held end-to-end management responsibility for multiple infrastructure outsourcing relationships utilizing both onshore and offshore delivery operating models. He also served in an Associate Partner role with Accenture’s Technology Consulting practice, which developed infrastructure technology solutions for Global 1000 clients to include strategy, design, transition, sourcing, and operations. Mr. Rowe began his career working for HP Enterprise Services (Electronic Data Systems) where he worked in the Technology Services.

Mr. Rowe earned a BS degree from Texas A&M University in computer science.
