Joe Graves is a pragmatic visionary. We at SpringCM have worked with him and his team at Stratus for over two years and he has demonstrated this unique blend of traits on several occasions. He was the first to adopt our ECM platform integration with Salesforce.com and in doing so saw the potential for extending SaaS data applications like CRM with comprehensive content management to solve complex business problems like contract management. Yet, during the deployment, Joe was instrumental in laying out an adoption plan and stewarding the change management needed to get SaaS adopted effectively at Stratus. Over the past two years, Joe has gone beyond just deploying SaaS technology developed by others. He has pioneered Stratus' own use of SaaS in developing a thriving SaaS based system management software business.
