Prior to Caspio, Frank co-founded Autoweb.com, an online auto-buying service. During his five years of leadership at Autoweb.com, he grew the company to a formidable force in the automotive industry leading to a successful IPO in March 1999.
Prior to Autoweb.com, Frank held positions at Microsoft Corporation and Pacific Bell. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico where he is recognized as a distinguished alumnus.
